First of all, associates can not change their fixed schedule. For example, if a worker needs a day of because a family problem, he must first get an associate to cover his shift. Also, the manager is always rude with his workers. This is because many people are jobless and McDonalds is always hiring. Therefore, the manager never cares about the worker because he knows they won’t last. Third, the food is really unhealthy. By working in McDonalds, people are obligated to eat there on their breaks. Their food has been famous for the calories they have. Finally, is a hard job for a low payment. Usually in MacDonald’s people get paid minimum wage without tips. Also, some shifts in McDonalds can be overnight or early mornings with out any extra payment. The work is so hard that people usually quit within the first two months. In conclusion, working at MacDonald’s is a bad experience for students because of the low payments, the hard work, the unhealthy food, the unfriendly bosses, and the inflexible schedule.
